WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE W/ PIVOT STEER FLT – TEMP TO PERM – FISHPONDS

gap personnel acting as an employment business are recruiting for an EXPERIENCED WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE with a pivot steer FLT license (desirable) for a temp to perm opportunity based in Fishponds, Bristol. This is a permanent twilight shift and offering a salary of £22,000 per annum after completing your 12 week probationary assignment.

As an experienced warehouse operative you will work closely with the production and warehouse departments, providing the production facility with their bulk products and completing the replenishment of stock.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager your duties will included:

  • Picking or orders ready for distribution to relevant departments
  • Replenishment of stock and updating all internal systems
  • Booking in of stock and accepting deliveries
  • Movement and control of stock
  • Stock ordering as / when required

The ideal candidate:

  • Computer literate, Microsoft and excel
  • Pivot-steer FLT license (expired accepted)
  • Warehouse experience + 2 years (essential)
  • Able to work without supervision
  • Good understanding of English, Maths and Comprehension

The shift pattern and pay rates:

  • Monday to Friday, 1.45pm – 10.15pm
  • £10.90ph / Equivalent to £21,255pa
  • Salary increase to £22,000pa after 12 weeks
