gap personnel, acting as an employment business, are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator for one of our prestigious client based in Birmingham.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Managing all vehicles entering and exiting the depot and recording their load weight accurately.
  • Recording and calculating inputs and outputs, producing weighbridge tickets
  • Issuing and collecting PPE to customers and visitors attending site.
  • Providing all appropriate paperwork and carry out the necessary admin work to complete the process
  • Liaising with the depot team members via hands free radios
  • General administration duties.

The hours of work are: 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) with weekend overtime available

The ideal candidate would ideally have a minimum 1 year administration experience.
