gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 5 Workshop Assembly Operatives for a temp to perm opportunity based in Gloucester, GL4, Gloucestershire. This isn’t any assembly operative position…. Supplying directly into industries such as Aerospace, Motorsport, Marine Defence and Nuclear, we are looking for the best candidates on the market. You will be joining a company that offer a bespoke design and manufacturing solution across highly engineered products in stainless steel and titanium as well as thermal insulation.

If you do not have any experience but have a keen interest in engineering, then you will be provided with 1-2-1 training within the workshop. The site offers multi departments for training such as spot welding, soft skin cutting, soft blanking sewing, soft blanket building, soft insulation cutting, pipe & fitting insulation.

If you are experienced within soldering, welding, sewing, CNC, or fabrication then contact the team and discuss a number of potential suitable roles to match your skillset.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday -  7.45am – 4.45pm
• Friday -  7.45am – 12.45pm

Successful candidates will have experience working in similar role, previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is desired. As part of the selection process, inductions will be held on site in line with their health and safety policies.
