Workshop Assistant

gap personnel who operate as an Employment Business are recruiting for 2 Workshop Assistant in Mildenhall on a temporary to permanent basis.

 Duties include.

• Fabricating Doors and Windows

• Setting up, adjusting, operating machinery

• Using hand tools

• Ability to keep to tight deadlines

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Maintain good housekeeping within the work area

• Adhere to the company Health & Safety policy and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulations

The successful candidates will have.

• Strong organisation & communication skills

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work within a team

The following skills will be beneficial but not essential-

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/fabrication role

• Worked with metal in a manufacturing setting

Benefits – Onsite Parking

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00-16:30

Pay Rate - £10.77, Overtime after 40 hours - £16.16
