Role Overview

Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding service? As our Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the vital bridge connecting customers, engineers, and internal teams. Your mission? To ensure customer enquiries are handled swiftly and technical support actions are coordinated seamlessly. If you’re organised, efficient, and ready to make an impact, this role is for you!


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate daily engineer calls: Review and assign tasks from the diary, keeping engineers fully informed

  • Manage site visit documentation: Request and process engineers’ site visit sheets internally

  • Customer portal oversight: Check and update customer portals weekly, keeping clients informed

  • Engineer support: Handle queries related to stock, job sheets, and site details via phone and email

  • Project updates: Keep project records accurate and up to date

  • System maintenance: Maintain the inhouse system 

  • Customer communication: Respond promptly to emails and enquiries with professionalism

  • Invoice enquiries: Liaise with accounts to resolve customer invoicing questions

  • Provide vital support by closing engineer calls, updating invoicing, and maintaining SV records during absence cover


Who You Are

  • Experienced in office administration with strong organisational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with SYSPRO and Solarvista software a big plus!

  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Logical thinker with a methodical approach to problem-solving

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently

  • Friendly, customer-focused, and a reliable team player
