We’re recruiting 4 x Night Shift Food Production Operatives for our client based on Deeside Industrial Estate. This is a genuine opportunity for long-term work with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

💰 Pay & Hours

• Rate: £14.70 per hour

• Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am

• Paid weekly – every Friday

🏭 Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and check raw materials prior to production

• Carry out general food production tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Package and label finished products ready for dispatch

• Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards

• Maintain high hygiene standards and regularly clean your work area

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an advantage (but not essential)

• A willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Reliable, motivated and able to work to targets

• Good attention to detail and hygiene awareness
