Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Sales agent at one of our well establish clients in Blackburn.

 

This is a full-time on-site role as a Commercial Sales Agent in Blackburn. As a Commercial Sales Agent, you will be responsible for daily sales activities, including, sales management, business planning, and communication. You will work closely with the Commercial Sales Agent to achieve sales targets and develop strategies to expand client’s customer base. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external clients.

 

You will be given access client’s platform to find active/live projects that require their products but they would expect you have your own clients to make contact with.

 

Qualifications

·         Strong Communication skills

·         Sales experience is a must

·         Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

·         Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

·         Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

·         Previous experience in the construction or glazing industry is a plus

·         Experience using Barbour or Glenigan platforms

·         CRM experience (Salesforce)

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: £25,000 - £30,000 per year

Work Location: Office based in Blackburn

 

Additional pay:

·         Commission pay

Shift pattern:

Day shift - Monday to Friday
