Job description
Job Title: Administrator Role
Type: Temp
Location: Stoke, ST4
Payrate: £15.69 per hour
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of customer demand
- Schedule and completion of delivery forecast, JIT, ASN
- Raising pick lists and manifests to confirm load and delivery requirements
- Processing customer notes
- Preparing packs for the external warehouse
- Administrative duties, including data entry to maintain databases
- General organisation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, as required
Skills:
- IT literate, including Excel
- SAP exposure desired, but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- An excellent communicator, verbal and written
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Self-motivated
Training relevant to the role will be provided as required.
