Machine Operatives x 4, Mold
£16.94 per hour
Mon-Fri 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am (Rotating Weekly)

gap personnel are recruiting 4 x Machine Operatives to join a world-leading manufacture based in Mold.

Responsibilities
- Operating conversion machinery or similar equipment within a corrugated environment
- Feeding materials into machines and ensuring smooth, continuous production runs
- Monitoring machine performance, identifying faults, and escalating issues to the line leader promptly
- Carrying out in-process quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with production and health & safety standards
- Working independently while supporting the wider production team to meet daily output targets

Requirements
- Previous experience working within a cardboard, corrugated, or packaging conversion environment
- Experience operating production or conversion machinery (e.g. die-cutting, gluing, printing, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
