Engineer Stock Administrator

Are you looking for day shifts in the Deeside (CH5) area? We are proud to be recruiting for our well-established client for Engineering Stock Control on a temporary basis.

 

Pay & Hours of Work –

 

·         Monday to Friday working 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

·         £13-£14 Per Hour(depending on experience)

 

 

Responsibility

·         Ordering for the engineering department

·         Control of invoicing and cost sheet

·         Organisation of stores and stock levels

·         Responsibility for deliveries and making sure that parts arranged accordingly

·         Work closely with their Line Manager, to deliver a high-quality engineering service.

·         Procurement and supply of all materials and services for the Engineering department, including; parts, tools, hire equipment, service contracts and OEM engineer support.

·         Ensure that spares are available for engineers for reactive and proactive work

       Complete the full range of stock control activities across all engineering stock-controlled areas, including the engineering stores, chemical stores, gas bottle storage, engineers & machine minder workshops. 

·         Reporting any non-conformances to Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and supporting corrective action activities.

·         Supporting the delivery of key performance indicators for the Factory linked to Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost standards.

·         Pro-actively identifying areas for continuous improvement within the production work environment/equipment/systems.

 

 

Requirements

·         Computer literate

·         Self-motivated

·         Trained in manual handling

·         Organised and able to prioritise
