Pay and shift patterns

·         Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

·         £12.89 per hour

 

 

Responsibilities:

·         To manage and maintain all cleaning tasks, ensuring they are carried out to the required timescale and to a high standard, including sink, floors, all surfaces, walls, fridge, NPD store room, shelving units.

·         Ensure all utensils and presentation equipment are thoroughly clean and fully stocked at all times

·         All cleaning schedules are followed correctly, liaising with the other KP’s

·         The Hygiene of your area is maintained to the standards required.

·         Ensure all laundry is clean, folded and available for each shift.

·         Preparing the presentation bench for internal and customer use when required by the chefs, including cutlery, refreshments and polishing.

·         Ensuring presentation bench is cleared, maintained, replenished with cutlery, plates etc. throughout a presentation.

• Assemble, seal and pack products.
• Collection of ingredients from the factory

·         All chemicals to be used and stored away from food prep areas correctly.

·         Support NPD chefs and the wider team when required.
