Machine Operator – Manufacturing, Flint
Permanent Role
£30,000 per annum
12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off (paid breaks included – 75 mins per shift)

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of production lines. You’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with an experienced team, under the guidance of the Shift Operational Lead, to meet and exceed production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor multiple production lines, including packing, palletising, lid loading, and material replenishment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency and safety standards are maintained
- Assist with line changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation
