Accounts assistant – Temporary – Permanent role

Location-  Sandycroft

Working Hours 9am-5pm -Monday to Friday

Pay rate £13.30 per hour

A successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Proficient in general IT skills.
  • Previous book-keeping experience using Xero accounts or a similar accounts management system. (Preferably Xero)
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in a Finance team is essential.
  • Sales and purchase experience is essential
  • Performed purchase ledger, cashbook, cash management and reconciliation duties.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Excellent team worker.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Self motivated and able to use own initiative.

Experience:

  • Xero accounting: Preferred
  • Credit Control: 1 year (required)
  • Purchase Ledger: 1 year (required)
