FLT Counterbalance

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced FLT counterbalance drivers at one of our well-established clients in Preston (PR4)

 

Please note that part of the role will involve working outside.

 

Successful candidate will be involved in operating FLT across the departments / outside yard, loading  and unloading vehicles / trailers. Role will be 50/50 so manual picking and palletising will be involved in this role.

 

The role will involve heavy lifting so candidates must be physically fit. Due to the nature of the product, successful candidate will be working in cold, fast paced environment.

 

Valid RTITB or in house licence is a must to be considered for this role.

 

Reach truck licence would be beneficial!

 

This is a temporary ongoing role with a view of a permanent placement for the right candidate.

 

Shift times and pay rates:

 

·         AM shift – 6am-2.30pm - Monday to Friday plus Sunday support so candidates must be flexible and able to work weekend - £12.50 per hour

·         PM shift – 2pm-10.30pm - Monday to Friday plus Sunday support so candidates must be flexible and able to work weekend - £13 per hour

·         NIGHT shift – 10.30pm-6am - Monday to Friday plus Sunday support so candidates must be flexible and able to work weekend- £14.50 per hour
