About Us:
Join the team at Gap Personnel to work for leading producer of premium ham products enjoyed by customers across the country. We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to help us maintain our high standards of quality and efficiency in our production process.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Carefully pack ham products into designated packaging, ensuring accuracy and consistency</li>
<li>Inspect products for quality and freshness before packaging, removing any that do not meet company standards</li>
<li>Label and seal packages according to company specifications and production schedules</li>
<li>Prepare packaged products for shipment, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized packing area, following all hygiene and safety regulations</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management by tracking packed products and reporting stock levels to supervisors</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and packing targets</li>
<li>Report any issues, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Experience in a packing or production role is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality</li>
