Gap Personnel are recruiting for a permanent role of Internal Sales Advisor on behalf of our client, located in Liverpool L3.
Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Now, they are on the lookout for a resilient, motivated, and compassionate Internal Sales Advisor to join their high-performing Contact Centre team in Liverpool.
What’s the Role All About?
This isn’t cold calling. This is purposeful, patient-focused communication.
As an Internal Sales Advisor, you’ll be reaching out to patients who have expressed interest in their services or have been referred by their external team or campaigns. You’ll be helping them make confident, informed choices about their care—whether it’s switching to our client’s company, accessing new products, or connecting them to the right support.
You’ll need to be driven by targets, but more importantly, driven by the desire to make a real difference to someone's day, and someone’s life.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales & Outreach
- Make high-volume outbound calls to patients using warm leads from campaigns or referrals
- Identify patient needs and match them with the right products or services
- Clearly explain the benefits of our client’s solutions, and offer samples or nurse support where needed
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, team KPIs, and conversion metrics
Patient Experience
- Build rapport through confident, empathetic communication
- Handle objections professionally and turn challenges into opportunities
- Ensure all patient interactions reflect our client’s values and commitment to care
Data & Compliance
- Accurately document every patient call and interaction in our client’s CRM
- Work within regulatory, privacy and GDPR standards at all times
- Keep up to date with products, services, and processes to speak with authority and credibility
Teamwork & Feedback
- Share insights, feedback, and trends to help improve campaign performance
- Take part in team meetings, training, coaching and knowledge sharing

What You Bring
Essential:
- Experience in outbound telesales or phone-based customer engagement
- Goal-focused with a resilient, can-do attitude
- Confident objection handling and active listening skills
- Great communication, adaptability, and energy on the phone
- Ability to juggle multiple leads, tasks, and systems
- Strong confidentiality and discretion—this is personal, sensitive work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/telephony platforms
Desirable:
- Healthcare or medical product sales experience
- Familiarity with automated dialling systems or outbound calling campaigns
