Job Title: Packing Operatives

Location: Bourton-on-The Water, GL54

Pay Rate: £10.42 p/h

Contract: Temporary with long term opportunities available  

 

gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 15 Packing Operatives, for one of the greatest Britain's leading cheesemonger manufacturer, in Bourton-on-The Water, GL54.

This work is dedicated for those who wants to earn extra money for Christmas, but for those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours and performance, there are long term opportunities available and possibility to return in January and continue the assignment! Further perm opportunities may be available to the January returners also.

 

Main Duties as a Packing Operative.

·         Packing of singular and multiple items

·         Ensuring the picks match the Client pick sheet

·         Checking items for any damages and defects

·         Packing luxury hampers and cheese advent calendars

·         General housekeeping

 

Working hours:

·         Monday – Friday ( for 2 weeks in the middle of December will be weekends involved also, but to work Saturday in first weekend and Sunday in second one )

·         7am-4pm or 8am-5pm – Choice of working shifts is yours !

 

Hourly Pay Rates

•             Basic Rate - £10.42

 

In return you will receive friendly atmosphere and access to all site facilities since Day 1. Also please see below set of breaks:

·         10 minute paid break every 2 hours

·         30 minute unpaid lunch break

 

No previous experience needed as full training provided, inductions will be held on site in line with their health and safety policies.
