Recruitment Resourcer

Due to a new contract win along with our existing clients growing, gap personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our busy Ipswich Recruitment Hub on a permanent basis. Are you a proactive, people-oriented individual with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity?

Hours of Work: 0830-1700, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £28,500 per year (depending on experience) 

What You'll Do:

• Source, identify, and through various channels including job boards, social media, gap personnel recruitment portal
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our clients' requirements 
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies 
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service
• Manage and update our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
• Provide a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding 
• Complete various administration tasks as needed
• Control the candidate security screening process

 

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
• Strong administration skills – Computer literate
