Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for your next opportunity with a leading manufacturer?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, innovative manufacturing business based in Sheffield (S35). Our client is a market leader in the production of commercial cooking equipment, supplying products used by some of the world's best-known food service brands.

The Role
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and finishes to exact specifications. You will work with a variety of materials while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding to fine tolerances (±1mm)
- Welding stainless steel and aluminium components
- Grinding and finishing welded products
- Polishing components to a high-quality standard
- Working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Maintaining quality and safety standards at all times
Working Hours
Rotating Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday)
- 06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Thursday & 06:00 – 11:30 Friday
- 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Thursday & 11:00 – 16:30 Friday
Enjoy your weekends free with no regular weekend working required.
Pay Rate
- Starting from £14.15 per hour
- Plus shift allowance
- Overtime opportunities may be available

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous TIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience welding stainless steel and aluminium
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately to tight tolerances
- A strong commitment to quality and safety
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
