Production Operatives

Due to rapid expansion we are now recruiting for production operatives to join our team at a leading food producer in Wombwell.

 

🔹 The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of this busy food factory. Duties include:

• Booking in and out of stock
• Packing meat & labelling
• Checking orders and pick sheets are being completed accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

 

🔹 About You

We’re looking for reliable and experienced candidates who:

• Ideally have previous food production experience
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Can work independently and as part of a team

 

🔹 Shift Patterns as a Production Operative

• Monday to Friday days: 06:00 – 14:00: £12.82 per hour – 37.5 hours paid per week
• Monday to Friday afternoons:14:00 – 22:00: £12.82 per hour – 37.5 hours paid per week
• Days 4 on / 4 off 06:00 – 18:00: £13.74 per hour – 44 hours paid per week
• Nights 18:00 – 06:00: £15.13 per hour – 44 hours paid per week
