A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Gap-Personnel!
We are seeking an organized and pro-active On-Site Coordinator to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern to join and compliment our team in Watton on a permanent basis.
This role is crucial in providing full administrative support to our Account Management team and will give you exposure to a wide range of recruitment activities.
If you are confident in liaising with people at all levels, have great communication skills, and are looking for a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver complete administrative support to the Account Management team
- Checking shifts, liaise with shop floor managers to ensure smooth shifts starts
- Deliver inductions and insure new starters are onboarded to the highest of standarts
- Supporting the candidate registration process
- Manage local social media platforms to attract new talent
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as required to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Intermediate IT skills – especially in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, multilingual ability is a plus
- Flexible approach to work and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Previous on-site experience is beneficial but not essential, what is more important is a common sense and strong can-do attitude
