Job description
Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a Stores Person for our client based in Cradley.
This is a hands on, physical role within a busy stores environment dealing with stock, components, and bespoke orders.
Hours of work:
Monday- Thursday 8am - 4:30pm
Friday- 8am - 12am
Rate of Pay:
£12.21 per hour
FLT Counterbalance license needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
- Picking and packing components for production
- Organising and maintaining stock locations
- Booking stock in/out using inventory systems
- Liaising with the assembly team to ensure timely supply of parts
- General housekeeping of the stores area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics role
- Basic IT skills for stock control systems
- Good level of physical fitness for manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
