Job description

Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for 1 x Customer Service / Sales Admin Assistant for our client based in Cradley Heath.


Dealing with inbound calls in a professional and timely manner while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanour.


  • Temp to Perm position
  • Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm, Friday 8am till 12.30pm 
  • £11.50 per hour rising to £11.98


  • Accurately processing customer quotes and orders
  • Liasing with the warehouse and factory to keep customers up to date and informed
  • Working alongside and supporting other departments when needed
  • Understanding customer needs and maintain, manage expectations
  • Dealing with customer complaints when required

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good communication skills, building customer rapport
  • Problem solving
  • Strong computer literacy & knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Driven with good time management & organisational skills
  • Loyalty, honesty & integrity
