gap personnel have built up an excellent working relationship with their client and as their recruitment goes from strength to strength, we are now looking for a further Administrator to join their team.
- Responsible for supporting Senior Managers with daily clerical tasks,
- Scheduling appointments,
- Planning meetings
- Managing phone calls and emails and maintaining office organization.
- You will also support with visitors
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Create reports, spreadsheets and databases
- This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations
This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
