Job description

We are proud to be working with a new client based in Wrexham for an Office Administrator

 

Duties

  • Answering the telephone dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Scanning of documents
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Pricing of parts
  • Ordering of stationery and PPE
  • Liaising with Head Office with accountancy queries
  • Organising Engineers to jobs 

 

Skills

  • Good Administration Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and can liaise with people at all levels
  • Eye for detail and can work with figures

 

Hours of work are flexible and they can work around school hours

 

 

This role is temp to perm for the right person
