Accounts Administrator               

£24,500k per annum  

Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 5pm   

Wrexham

 Our clients based in the Wrexham area are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.  The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to the Finance team. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

 Performance Objectives

Accounts Payable – transactional work for two companies

·        Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization

·        Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.

·        Maintain and update supplier records.

·        Processing of Expenses and Company Credit Card Reconciliations.

Administrative Support – for two companies

·        Manage and maintain financial documents, ensuring all records are up to date and filed correctly.

·        Assist with general office administration tasks as required.

·        Support the Finance Manager and members of the finance team with any ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

·        Answering the phone.

·        Monitoring the Finance inbox.

 Person Specification

·        A levels or equivalent

·        Professional certification in Administration on Accounting is an advantage

·        At least 2 years of experience in an accounts or administration role.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.

·        Excellent organisational and time management skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
