Job description
My client based in Tattenhall are looking for 2 Farm Assistants to assist in the day to day running a breeder farm, working as part of a team and supporting the Farm Manager and Assistant Farm Manager.
Duties will include
- Making sure welfare of birds is adhered to at all times
- Day to day observation, walking, weighing of bird
- Maintaining Biosecurity and cleanliness at all times
- Maintain up to date records according to company policies and procedures
- Willingness to participate in continual training
- Work within a team
- Adhere to all codes of practice and bird welfare
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all time
- Undertake any other duties within farm operation as and when require
- Be responsible for own training and development to keep up to date with industry standards
Hours will be early morning starts but are flexible including some Saturdays
Hourly rate of pay from £13.50 per hour
