Please report to the Gatehouse upon arrival.
4. What is the dress code?

We have been supporting my client with Industrial and Warehouse staff for a number of years and as their business is increasing, they are looking for 4 Machine Operators to join their team
&nbsp;
Duties will include
Safely operate and monitor machinery, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal production
Prepare machines for different tasks at the start of a shift by setting up equipment and performing minor calibrations 
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks, and perform minor repairs on machinery 
Check the output to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery to keep production running smoothly 
Adhere strictly to all safety and health regulations and guidelines 
Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and report any issues
&nbsp;
Skills required 
Proficiency in operating specific machinery
Basic math and reading skills are often required
Good mechanical skills and be able to run machinery&nbsp;
Meticulous attention to detail to spot irregularities and ensure quality 
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials, as the job can be physically demanding 
A strong commitment to following safety procedures 
Ability to work well with other team members and under self-supervision

Hours of work are 4on 4off (2 x 12 hour days and then 2 x 12 hour nights)
These vacancies will become permanent for the right candidates
Salary starts at &pound;28566.72
