We are proud to be working alongside a leading manufacturer located in Oswestry in their search for Machine Operators to join them on a permanent basis. Due to increases in business, our client is looking for experienced machine operators.  The main attribute our client is looking for is a willingness to learn and good attitude to work.

 

Performance Objectives

·       Work as part of a team in a Production environment, to undertake the setting up and operating of various machinery.

·     Completing basic quality checks of products prior to despatch.

·         Working alone to own initiative but also as part of a team to meet deadlines.

·         To monitor and maintain quality of work produced

·         To fully comply with all applicable Health & Safety requirements.

 

Person Specification

·         Must have previous manufacturing experience due to nature of business. 

·         Ambitious and driven individual

·         Machine operating experience

·         Methodical and logical approach
