Production Operatives

Gap Personnel are proud to be working alongside a new client who is a leading food manufacturer within their field located on the outskirts of Chester in their search for Production operatives to join them on a temp to perm basis. Due to increases in business, our client is looking for multiple operatives. The main attribute our client is looking for is a good attitude to work.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping.

·         Manufacture quality and safe products.

·         Produce mixes according to production plan and standard recipes.

·         Weigh powders in accordance with recipes.

·         Rotate (First In-First Out) raw materials ingredients and advise Production Lead of any over or under stock positions or ingredients going out of date according to the “Storage” procedure.

·         Complete the production paperwork/due diligence records in a correct and readable manner to ensure total traceability.

 

Person Specification:

·         Due to location, own transport is REQUIRED.

·         Previous experience within manufacturing/production.

·         Ability to work cold conditions.

·         Ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task.

·         Ability to lift heavy objects as parts of the role can be physically demanding.

·         Team player, adaptable and flexible

 

Hours of work :

AM Shift : Mon-Fri 5am-2:45pm

PM Shift : Mon-Fri 12pm-9:45pm

Pay:

£13.00p.h
