gap personnel are currently recruiting behalf of their client based in Wolverhampton (WV9) for a Cleaning Team Leader. 

As cleaning team leader, you will support the manager with budgets, reporting and staff rotas to maximise the use of internal staff. You will also provide the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety and cleaning schedules, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client.

Our Ideal candidate will need to have:

  • Great time keeping
  • Flexibility to support the team during absence and holidays etc.
  • The ability to work alone when required

The vacancy is to oversee the cleaning team on site and the hours are :

Week 1 06:00 to 14:30

Week 2 06:00 to 14:30

Week 3 14:00 to 22:30

Therefore; 1 in 3 weeks will be a late shift and 2 weeks on earlies.

Pay: £12.42 

Managerial/ Leading experience would be benefitial.
