Job description

Role: Assembly operator

Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Location: Ammanford

About the Role:

This position supports a large laminator room within a busy manufacturing site. You’ll play a key role in the production process, assembling components and maintaining high operational standards across the production area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembling components and products to required standards
  • Following work instructions, drawings, and production schedules
  • Using hand tools and basic equipment safely
  • Carrying out visual quality checks
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
  • Supporting the production team with additional tasks when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
