As a Planner Estimator CNC, you will review Engineering drawings and estimate and quote the cost of the job and also the planning through to completion.Duties<ul>
<li>To interpret customer engineering drawings and specifications</li><li>To prepare accurate costs for materials, labour and services IFS ERP system to prepare customer quotations</li><li>To respond to technical queries raised by customers and suppliers</li><li>To generate estimates for bought out items, engineering costs etc</li><li>To seek out new suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve the best &lsquo;value for money&rsquo; and &lsquo;competitive lead times&rsquo;</li><li>To provide detailed manufacturing steps including tooling, bills of material and process routings</li><li>To cover purchasing during busy periods</li><li>To work with managers and supervisors to implement the company&rsquo;s policies and business objectives</li><li>Carry out any other duties reasonable and within capability</li></ul>
