gap personnel Exeter is teaming up with Branded Garden Products, an internationally renowned supplier of seeds, plants, bushes, and all things green and glorious. We’re on the lookout for Seasonal Warehouse Operatives to help pick, pack, and dispatch top-quality products to gardening enthusiasts across the UK.

What’s in your daily harvest?

• Picking orders using a paper pick list - this could be anything from gardening tools to live plants.
• Packing orders with care, ensuring everything is snug, secure, and ready to grow!
• Indoor & outdoor picking - (yes, you’ll get a little fresh air!).
• Quality checking products - because customers deserve the best blooms!
• Pre-shift meetings to get you prepped and ready.
• Following health & safety policies - safety first, always!
• Helping out wherever needed - teamwork makes the dream work!

What makes you the perfect pick?

• Experience in a warehouse or similar role? Great! No experience? No problem!
• A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work across different departments.
• A love for teamwork (and maybe a few plant puns).
