Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a perm Customer Care executive/Telesales Advisor for our client to work within the sales department following up warm leads, generating new business and to support business growth.

Salary: £21,500 per annum + commission

Monday - Friday

8:30 – 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch

Key Accountabilities/ Skills & Attributes

  • Telesales and account management experience essential.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Target driven.


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Answer questions about products and/or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders/quotations in an accurate manner

Successful candidates will be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business.
