Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support night operations at a busy logistics depot. The role officially starts on 1st July, but we’re looking for someone to begin training immediately this week.

You’ll be working with a Yard Management System to coordinate vehicle and freight movements across the site. Full training will be provided.

This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• Night Shift: 21:00 – 05:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Yard Management System (YMS) to track and manage trailer movements

• Liaise with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth yard operations

• Update records accurately and complete documentation

• Provide general administrative support to the night operations team

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within logistics or warehousing

• Comfortable working night shifts

• Confident with IT systems – full training will be provided

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a good communicator
