This ideal will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales or business development role prior to this application and be keen to do a 360-recruitment position.

- Business development, making sales calls to lapsed and prospective clients
- Onsite visits and check ins. The role will demand that you are mobile and able to get to sites across the Merseyside area
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing for candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to the job and the interview process.
- Account management of clients inline with agreed service levels
