gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy recruitment office in Bristol! As a Resourcer, you will be supporting our branch, sourcing the very best candidates for our clients across Bristol and the Southwest. You will provide general support via candidate sourcing, management and registrations, whilst upholding the company’s compliance standards at all times. You will be managing recruitment campaigns including the social media pages whilst building strong relationships with the candidates and maintaining the company values at all times.

Duties as a Branch Resourcing Administrator:

  • Screening candidates
  • Booking and completing candidate registrations
  • Administration duties
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to email queries
  • Calling candidate applications

About you:

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Administration experience
  • Social media savvy
  • Entry level marketing or equivalent experience
  • Competent with the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to speak addition languages is beneficial but not essential

As a warehouse operative you will join one of their teams across 4 sites in Avonmouth where you will become a key and valued member ensuring that items are picked, packed and dispatched correctly.

Since the end of the pandemic, the UK catering and hospitality industry has continued to grow with Nisbets seeing increased orders into 2022.
