We are looking for candidates who has experience within the warehouse roles for our well-known and well-established client based in Chelmsford.
Pay rates:
- £11.07 per hour
- £13.29/h after (between 10pm-4am)
- Weekly Pay
After 12 weeks of training, you will be offered a permanent contract
Working shifts:
- 5 days ON, 3 days OFF
- 6pm/8pm to a 4am finish (occasionally can be sooner due to workload)
Duties includes but not limited to:
- Loading HGV’s in a cold/ ambient environment using the relevant machinery
- Have attention to detail in order to accurately record and locate information with regards to store specific load requirements
- Organise pallets
- Stock vending machines
- Driving a Lollop/PPT truck
- Palletize orders ready for dispatch
- Ensure the smooth running of the warehouse
- Goods in and Goods out duties when required
Requirements:
- Good understanding of English Language
- Good communicator, both verbally and written
- Previous warehouse experience in a similar role will be admired but not necessary.
- Flexibility to work weekends are desirable
Important information:
- This is Temp-Perm position and do require an interview and a CV.
- Interviews will be arranged by Gap Personnel

We are looking for the Order Selectors for our well-known and well-established client based in Chelmsford.
Pay rates:
- £12.66 per hour
- Weekly Pay
After 12 weeks of training you will be offered a permanent contract
Working shifts:
- 5 days based on a Rota System, with 1 weekend off per month and 2 days during the week when working the weekend.
- 8hrs shift
- Starting from 4am or 5am
Duties includes but not limited to:
- Oversee the store orders in the warehouse
- Pick Orders accurately ready for distribution
- Wrap orders ready to be palletized
- Palletize orders ready for dispatch
- Driving a Lollop/PPT truck, picking products to build store orders
- Goods in and Goods out duties when required
- Using a voice picking, RF gun pick system to complete orders
Requirements:
- Good understanding of English Language
- Good communicator, both verbally and written
- Previous warehouse experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not necessary.
- Flexibility to work weekends are desirable
Important information:
- You may be required to work in temperatures between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius in the refrigerated warehouse to select orders.
