Gap Personnel is an enthusiastic business, and we are currently looking to recruit a Food Production Operative to work with one of our biggest clients based in Eye, IP23.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Production operatives will have the opportunity to work within a team in a factory environment, adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring that all final products meet the high-quality standards of the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Being able to work in a fast passed environment;
- Cutting or packing the products handled in the factory (chicken);
- Demonstrate good manufacturing practices;
- Comply with company hygiene policies and procedures, as well as on-site rules.

HOURS OF WORK AND SHIFT PATTERNS:
- 6:40am - 17:10pm (day shift, rotative between 3 shift patterns) - 4 days per week
- 17:10pm - 01:40am (night shift) - Monday to Friday
RATE OF PAY:
- Days: £10.77/h + £1/h attendance bonus
- Nights: £11.45/h + £1/h attendance bonus
