You will be working with some very well-known chefs in the culinary world, one of the chefs is from a 2 Michelin star background, the other is a chef from Master Chef The Professionals.

Experience:

· Must have a previous solid 2 Rosette or Michelin Background

· Be able to comfortably manage a section

· Be organized, methodical and work tidy

· Prepping and cooking to the companies standards

· be able to do an accurate mise en place list

· HACCAP knowledge

· Strong understanding of food hygiene practices, stock rotation and labeling

· Allergen knowledge

· Reporting ingredients that need ordering to the Head Chef

They don’t use frozen vegetables; They only use fish which is either fresh from market or frozen at sea and Their meat come from cattle and other livestock which have grazed green pastures and our poultry have been allowed to run free. They also use biodegradable cleaning chemicals and sort and recycle around 80% of our waste and the used oil is collected, cleaned, and converted into biofuel. They don’t work with just anyone, they look for the highest accreditations, full traceability and sustainability so that they don’t harm our precious environment.

Experience:

• Fresh food background is a must.
• Rosette Experience Preferable
• Must have a solid CV as a strong CDP pushing Jr Sous Level
• Confidently be able to write a mise en place list. Reporting if something needs ordering from the suppliers.
• Being able to run a section in the kitchen with confidence.

The Role  

• You will be responsible for assembling of products for the healthcare sector
• Quality checking of products and completing necessary paperwork
• Work in the clean-room at the St.Asaph facility under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager and complying with all clean-room manufacturing standards

Responsibilities

• Assembly of products, following a set out process and be able to work as part of a team
• Ensure that the necessary controls are in place to manufacture parts in line with documentation and processes
• Ensure that the clean-room manufacturing area maintains GMP standards, ensuring your work areas are kept clean and clear to a high standard
• Liaise with the non clean-room operators to ensure controlled movement of raw materials and finished product from the clean-room to the packing area via the airlocks

Skills Required 

• Previous assembly clean-room manufacturing is desirable
• ISO 13485 background (desirable) but not essential as full training will be given
• Able to work as a part of a small team and to follow instructions as required by the supervisory / management team
• Good communication and written English skills
• Confident completing paperwork accurately
