This is a Company of Luxury Boutique hotels and self-catering cottages based near Evesham In Worcestershire. They are a multi award winning company, with rosettes in all their establishments, also Michelin stars! You will be working with some very well-known chefs in the culinary world, one of the chefs is from a 2 Michelin star background, the other is a chef from Master Chef The Professionals.

Experience:

· Must have a previous solid 2 Rosette or Michelin Background

· Previous breakfast chef experience

· Be organized, methodical and work tidy

· Prepping and cooking to the companies standards

· be able to do an accurate mise en place list

· HACCAP knowledge

· Strong understanding of food hygiene practices, stock rotation and labelling

· Allergen knowledge

· Reporting ingredients that need ordering to the Head Chef

· Prepping for the evening service

· No lunch service
