Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:30pm
Salary: £24,000-£28,000 Depending on experience + Commission + Benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Duties Include;
- Manage an existing client desk & requirements
- Manage recruitment/resourcing activity to ensure client roles are managed
- Provide excellent service to all clients & Candidates at all times
- Seek & penetrate new business opportunities
- Work to financial & non-financial targets
- Attend/Arrange client service meetings
- Ensure we operate within compliance processes
- Work as a team within the branch to achieve our goals
The successful candidate will;
- Have previous experience within a similar recruitment sector role
- Be able to demonstrate good client management skills
- Have strong experience advertising/screening/placing candidates into clients
- Experience of managing new business activity, lead generation, calls and meetings
- Have a full driving license & car

- Working on production line within clean room environment
- Maintain clean working area
- Loading and unloading machines with product and packaging
- Ensuring that the products are manufactured correctly and to the desired standards
Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Excellent, professional work ethic
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Own transport due to location
Available shift patterns & Benefits:
- 3 shift patter rotation – CANDIDATES MUST COMMIT TO ALL 3 SHIFTS

Shifts & Rates of Pay: Monday to Friday 6.30am - 2.48pm - £10 per hour
Duties will vary dependent on the department:
• Using various machinery – Saw machines, Grinder, CNC
• Using various hand, air, and power tools so experience is essential
• Reading technical drawings and working towards specific measurements
• Manufacturing and assembling / fitting different parts of vehicles: auto electrics, panels, doors, fixing, racking, tail lifts, locks etc
This is a very manual role, so candidates must be physically fit
