Our client a well-established company who specialize in manufacturing savoury products and ready meals based in Llantrisant are recruiting for 20 Food Production Operatives on a temporary to Permanent basis.

Shifts; Monday to Friday 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am + weekend overtime
Basic Pay £9.50 to £10.70 for first 37.5 hours if you work 5 days a week the pay increases to £9.60 to £10.80
Overtime is paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours for Saturday and Sunday 6am-2pm shifts only
Duties include:
- moving pallets while maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring product quality.
- You will spend most of your working day standing, and the work often involves bending, lifting, carrying and loading.
- You will be responsible for taking the finished product of the manufacturing process and ensuring that it is packaged in line with company and industry standards, making it ready for sale or distribution
- Baking various types of pastry products in large batches.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a good work ethic and be able work on their own initiative
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Be a good team player

Our client is a busy company who specialise in distributing clothing. As such, they are looking to add new members of staff to their team the environment is busy and fast paced.
