We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor in Trafford Park,M17. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service by interacting with our customers both online and offline. You will need to be a confident communicator and keep our customers central to everything that you do.
Hours:
Working hours between 8am-9pm 5 days over 7.
Shift patterns: 8-5pm or 12-9pm. Weekends are 8-5pm (the late shift and weekend shifts are worked from home).
Pay - £10/h
Weekend work required every other week, a day off in the week either side of that weekend will be given for the weekend being worked. Weekend work is worked from home. We would be looking to reduce the frequency of weekend work once we have a full team.
Duties:
Answering inbound customer & store calls regarding order queries such as “where is my order?” Damaged parcels, returns, faults, membership queries or in store purchase queries. We need all candidates to be able and confident to take calls – this is an essential part of the role.
Replying to customer emails.
General admin.
Requirements:
Candidates will need their own working laptop and headset/headphones to take calls – this equipment must be up-to-date with any required upgrades done.
Stable internet connection is also required, so advisors can effectively work from home.
Experience using Microsoft Office desirable.
Candidates must be confident and capable of call handling – previous experience desirable however transferable skills from the retail, hospitality sector are welcome.
Unfortunately as we are now out of peak we can not offer different or varying shift patterns.
We are looking for candidates who want to work from an office environment. However, this is a hybrid role with the requirement to work from home on the late shift every other week once fully trained.
Are fully flexible with working hours and taking calls.
Responsibilities:
* Answer a high volume of calls, emails and live chat whilst maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
*Log information from calls received, file correspondence/data where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
*To ensure inquires are dealt with efficiently and are handled empathetically, professionally and in line with the values and beliefs of the Company.
*Provide information, support and advice to our customers.
*Place customer orders via the admin console.
*Provide multichannel customer service.
*Keep a record of all inquiries, comments and complaints.
*Collect customer feedback.
*Interact with store staff members to discuss any inquires or queries that customers may have and consider the best solution.
