gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 2 Manufacturing Operatives for temp to perm position, for one of the leading suppliers of thermoformed plastic packaging and process solutions in the UK.
For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available and you are welcome to apply after completing your probationary period.
Main Duties as Manufacturing Operative
- Palletising Cartons ( weight up to £13kg )
- Stock replenishment when needed
- Use of pallet truck
- Supporting on the Packing Desk
Working hours and days:
- Monday to Thursday, 6am – 6pm , 6pm – 6am ( rotation fortnightly )
Hourly Pay Rates
- Day shift £9.66
- Night shift £10.66
Experience in similar role would be an essential, however full training provided on site. Successful candidate will be paired with one of existing Operative.

We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client in Blackburn.
Our client is looking for machine / warehouse operatives to join the team in fast-paced production department.
Immediate start for the right candidates once successful during interview process!
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or installation of timber, aluminium or PVCu products would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
Temporary to permanent role!
Shift: 7.30am-4pm – Monday to Friday
Pay: £10.50 per hour
Duties will include but are not limited to operating timber machine, using hand / power tools, operating CNC machines, assembling, picking and packing, loading and unloading vehicles.
Heavy lifting will be involved, so candidates must be physically fit!
Successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to details, good level of numeracy, exceptional time keeping and attendance, solid work history and ideally previous experience in similar environment.
