Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer and Panel Beater to join their small team based in Whitchurch on a permanent basis.
Up to 40,000 PA (DOE) Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:30 – Overtime available Whitchurch
Performance Objectives
· The successful candidate will be required to produce high quality paint spraying.
· The job role would vary from classic car restoration to modern repairs.
· The candidate will have experience in all aspects of body repair and paint.
· The role requires close attention to detail and very high standards.
Skills and Experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in painting
· High Quality paint spraying
· Able to use own initiate
· Experience in Solvent Spraying (preferred)

Responsibilities
- To ensure packing lines are run efficiently to ensure daily targets are met.
- Effective supervision of tool changeovers with minimum disruption.
- Supervision of staff and identify any areas of training required.
