Process Operator
We are proud to as an employment agency to be working together with a busy manufacturing company in Wrexham for a Process Operator
You will be the key person in the running and developing of their plating line.
Supporting the varied processes within the business to deliver the high level of product quality demanded by our customers.
You will be required to undertake trials, complete all necessary paperwork to assist with the product quality
Duties include:
- Working in close contact with other team members to become fully competent in all production areas
- Coordinate and implement new and existing ideas to ensure production is continously smooth running
- Prepare chemical solutions for products and processes following standardised formulas or create experiments.
- Prepare and introduce guides and run-sheet specifications.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
- Support new Industrial business introduction Projects
Career experiences & skills:
- HND or BTech in any science related subject, or equivalent experience within the industry.
- Knowledge of electroless nickel plating
- Knowledge of evaporation metallization.
- Good written and oral communication skills, excellent logical problem-solving ability supported by a good data analysis capability.

Our client is looking for machine / warehouse operatives to join the team in fast-paced production department.
Immediate start for the right candidates once successful during interview process!
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or installation of timber, aluminium or PVCu products would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
Temporary to permanent role!
Shift: 7.30am-4pm – Monday to Friday
Pay: £10.50 per hour
Duties will include but are not limited to operating timber machine, using hand / power tools, operating CNC machines, assembling, picking and packing, loading and unloading vehicles.
Heavy lifting will be involved, so candidates must be physically fit!
Successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to details, good level of numeracy, exceptional time keeping and attendance, solid work history and ideally previous experience in similar environment.
