FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVES
£10.45 PER HOUR - £125.40 PER SHIFT
£15.68 PER HOUR - OVERTIMES RATE
12 Hour shifts 06:00- 18:00 BREAKS ARE PAID
Shift patterns require you to be able to work any days of the week including weekends on a rotating basis.
Working for our well established food manufacturing, based in Wetherby, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with potential for permanent employment.
Established over 70 years ago, thrived through the generations producing quality dry food products including gravy granules, cornflour and many other products.
An ambient environment operating to very high food standards, this is a state of the art facility with an excellent culture and great facilities.

The role involves:
- Packing products on the end of the line
- Manual handling of products
- Following food hygiene standards
- Ensuring the product quality is protected at all times
- reporting any issues or quality concerns
- working to a clear process at a fast pace
To be successful int his role you will possess:
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- the ability to follow instructions and work to clear procedures
- good personal hygiene standards
- an ability to work to a consistent pace within a team

Due to expansion within the business, they are now recruiting for a Produciton Supevisor to join their team
Duties
- Lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- · Maintain all machinery to ensure it is at working standards.

Materials Testing Technician
Our client is a leading provider in construction materials testing that maintains the highest standards of excellence and customer care. We are currently recruiting for a Materials Testing Technician to join their team in Bangor on a temporary to permanent basis.
Pay & Working hours
- £10.50-£11.05 per hour
- 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday
Overtime:
- Mon-Sat OT at £14.50 per hour
- Sun OT at £18.50 per hour
Key activities will include:
- Carrying out laboratory testing to high standards of quality, safety and efficiency
- Ensure that records are kept and filed correctly to satisfy the requirements of the laboratory management system
- Checking, cleaning and maintaining test equipment
Desirable but not essential:
- C or above in GCSE Welsh or English, and Mathematics or Science
- Driving license
Packing operatives
Packers wanted in Blackburn! Various shifts available!! Please note that due to the nature of the business, candidates will be required to handle raw meat! Successful candidate will be involved in packing finished products to client specifications, visual QA checking for damages, palletising, labelling and general packing duties. This role offers temporary to permanent opportunity. Shift:
- 8am-6pm Monday to Friday
- 7am-5pm Monday to Thursday
- 6am-3.30pm Monday to Friday
- 5pm-3am Monday to Thursday
- 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Weighing and checking raw materials before production and general food production duties
- Packaging and labelling of food products ready for despatch
- Completing basic quality checks of products prior to despatch
- Maintaining an extremely high level of hygiene, cleaning the environment regularly
- Working alone to own initiative but also as part of a team to meet targets
Essential Skills
- Previously worked within a food manufacturing environment would be desirable
- Willing to pick up new skills and learn new processes

FLT Driver

Hours of work:

Duties Include:
- Unloading and loading containers
- Palletising products ready for despatch
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and organised at all times
- Completing any relevant paperwork
Required:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
- Valid FLT Reach licence
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Hard-working and willing to learn
