Production Operative - S65
Spring into your new career with pay start £10.42 with paid break times! Due to expansion we are looking for Production Operatives to join our client, working within at a busy factory close to the centre of Rotherham.
Here is a little more information on the role...
Our client specialises in the production of mattress springs, and as a Production Operative your role will include fixing frames using an air-powered ring gun. Previous experience is desired, however full training can be provided. After transferring to a full-time contract after your initial training period you will also be trained across other machinery within the factory.
You will also be moving mattress units around between machinery, and this is a very active role. You will also be working to targets, which will increase and decrease depending on the client.
Guaranteed Temp to Perm after 8 weeks!

What would your shifts be as a Production Operative?
- Rotating shifts: Monday – Friday Days 05:45 – 14:00 / Afters 13:45 – 22:00 / Sunday - Thursday Nights 21:45 – 06:00
The suitable Candidate for this role will;
- Be able to walk long distances
- Be able to lift bulky items up to 25kg
- Be comfortable standing for periods
- Be able to use power tools
- Be available immediately

Pay & Working hours
- £10.50-£11.05 per hour
- 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday
Overtime:
- Mon-Sat OT at £14.50 per hour
- Sun OT at £18.50 per hour
Key activities will include:
- Carrying out laboratory testing to high standards of quality, safety and efficiency
