Welder/Fabricator
Gap Personnel, operating as an employment agency, are currently looking to recruit a semi-skilled or skilled welder / fabricator for one of our well-established clients based in Burnley.
Our client is looking for a welder/fabricator with abilities to MIG and TIG weld to excellent standards. Highly advantageous if candidate is able to work from engineering drawings to fabricate various mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium products.
Shift & Rates of Pay:
Monday – Thursday : 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday : 7:30am – 12:30pm
Pay is between £11 and £14.89 per hour depending on experience.
Overtime is often available and paid at time and a half.
Immediate start available for the right candidate. This is an ongoing position.

Our client is looking for machine / warehouse operatives to join the team in fast-paced production department.

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or installation of timber, aluminium or PVCu products would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
Temporary to permanent role!
Shift: 7.30am-4pm – Monday to Friday
Pay: £10.50 per hour
Duties will include but are not limited to operating timber machine, using hand / power tools, operating CNC machines, assembling, picking and packing, loading and unloading vehicles.
Heavy lifting will be involved, so candidates must be physically fit!
Successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to details, good level of numeracy, exceptional time keeping and attendance, solid work history and ideally previous experience in similar environment.
